I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright, spacious, and perfect for families with kids. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

Our experience this weekend was mostly pleasant. the food provided during our stay was phenomenal, and the spa was new, beautiful and had a great smell. the location was breathtaking, perfect for families with kids. the rooms were more spacious than expected and had a lovely aroma. One more advantage was the entertainig party and lots of things to see and do that wasn't directly offered by the hotel.
It took an enormous amount of time to get each course and the staff were not friendly and inflexible, particularly the person manning the breakfast egg station who didn't know how to cook eggs. when the hotel gets crowded, services- such as towels and water in the wellness area, massage, and beauty treatments- that were initially offered by the hotel.
